📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
• Manage a team of 10-15 employees, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly sales targets of IDR 500 million.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Collaborate with the regional office to align branch activities with company-wide goals.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Utilize Salesforce and QuickBooks to track sales, manage inventory, and generate reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of driving sales growth.
• Certification in retail management or a similar field is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce, QuickBooks, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with the retail and consumer products industry is a significant advantage.
