📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and implement age-appropriate, engaging, and developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for children aged 3-6.
• Create and maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment that promotes creativity and exploration.
• Assist in the development and implementation of the school's curriculum, ensuring alignment with early childhood education standards.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate child progress, share insights, and address any concerns.
• Participate in school-wide events, such as open houses, field trips, and cultural celebrations, to enrich the learning experience.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and development milestones.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols, including first aid training and emergency preparedness.
• Contribute to the school community by fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all staff and students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Certification in early childhood education, such as Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or another recognized teaching methodology.
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early education.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
