📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of legal and compliance officers in securing and maintaining business permits and licenses.
• Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify regulatory requirements and potential risks.
• Prepare and submit accurate and timely permit applications, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and compliant.
• Monitor regulatory changes and developments, and advise the management on their impact on our operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate regulatory risks and ensure compliance.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of all permit-related activities.
• Provide training and support to team members on regulatory compliance and permitting processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient permitting processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in legal permitting, regulatory compliance, or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Indonesian business regulations and licensing requirements.
• Strong understanding of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with legal and compliance software, such as LexisNexis or Westlaw, is a plus.
