As a Maintenance Assistant, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that all systems are running smoothly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems, including pumps, motors, and electrical panels.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose system issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the longevity and efficiency of equipment.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and work orders.
• Document all maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs, using the company's maintenance management system (MMS).
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
• Participate in emergency response and breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure operational continuity.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with maintenance management systems (MMS) and software such as SAP PM or similar.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including pumps, motors, and electrical panels.
• Understanding of safety procedures and compliance with industry standards.
• Ability to work in a team and follow work instructions and schedules.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles.
• Willingness to work in remote and challenging locations, including Berau, Kalimantan Timur.
