As a Live Shopping Creator Affiliate Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our creator network, ensuring they deliver engaging and high-converting live shopping sessions. You will leverage your deep understanding of TikTok and Shopee's algorithms to maximize reach and engagement, while also providing strategic insights to our marketing team.

• Identify, recruit, and onboard top-tier content creators for live shopping on TikTok and Shopee.
• Manage and optimize the creator network, ensuring they meet performance targets and deliver engaging content.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
• Proven experience in managing and optimizing creator networks for live shopping.
• Deep understanding of TikTok and Shopee's algorithms and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other relevant analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing and performance-based incentives.
