📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the coordination of construction projects from inception to completion
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and construction teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and address any issues
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Provide technical support to the project team, including resolving design and construction issues
• Participate in design reviews and construction meetings to ensure alignment with project goals
• Work with AutoCAD and Revit to create and manage project drawings and models

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in construction project management
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
• Strong understanding of construction processes and materials
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and standards
