📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of our properties, including the scheduling and coordination of maintenance tasks.
• Manage our inventory of supplies and equipment, ensuring that we always have what we need to keep our properties in top condition.
• Implement and enforce our safety and security protocols, ensuring that our properties are always safe and secure for our guests.
• Ensure that our properties are always clean, tidy, and well-maintained, and that our guests have access to all the amenities and services they need to make their stay as enjoyable as possible.
• Work closely with our team of property managers, housekeeping staff, and maintenance personnel to ensure that our properties are always in top condition.
• Monitor and maintain our properties' energy and water usage, ensuring that we are always operating in an environmentally responsible manner.
• Respond to guest complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our guests always have a positive experience.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices, and implement them in our operations to ensure that we are always providing the highest level of service to our guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in the hospitality or property management industry.
• A degree in facilities management, hospitality management, or a related field.
• Certification in facilities management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team of professionals.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with property management software, such as Yardi or Guestline, is a plus.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
