📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks including coffee, tea, and soft drinks.
- Ensure the bar area is clean and organized at all times.
- Manage bar supplies and inventory, including stocking and ordering.
- Handle cash transactions and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and organizing the bar area.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and transactions.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a bar or restaurant setting.
- Familiarity with basic bar tools and equipment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and drinks is a plus.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 pounds.
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
