📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and follow-ups
• Monitor and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve billing inquiries and disputes
• Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in accounts receivable
• Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations
• Contribute to team meetings and projects as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar finance roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with financial software and systems is a plus
• Certification in accounting or finance is a plus
