📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers, and drive sales growth.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.,Monitor store performance metrics, such as sales, customer traffic, and customer satisfaction scores, and implement strategies to improve results.,Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure the smooth delivery of products to the store.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations, and maintain a safe and secure work environment.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders to support the success of the store.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, point-of-sale systems, and customer service best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Proven ability to develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Familiarity with retail software and systems, such as POS, inventory management, and CRM systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
