Overseeing construction projects from inception to completion,Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards,Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders,Managing subcontractors and ensuring compliance with safety regulations,Conducting site inspections and resolving any issues that arise,Preparing progress reports and other documentation,Training and mentoring junior staff,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management,Strong understanding of Indonesian construction laws and regulations,Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with construction software and tools,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation🛠️ Keahlian
