📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to high standards of quality and safety.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both staff and customers.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, and disciplinary actions when necessary.,Ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and that the restaurant is operating within budget.,Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the restaurant's operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.,Experience with inventory management and budgeting.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and other restaurant management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.,Must be fluent in Indonesian and English.
