📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct quality control inspections to identify defects and non-conformities in products or services.,Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports and documentation.,Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.,Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence of quality issues.,Train and mentor junior staff on quality control procedures and best practices.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and methodologies.,Proficient in using quality control software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards is a plus.
