📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.,Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.,Coordinate with the production team to address any issues or challenges.,Maintain and improve production standards and quality control measures.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Conduct regular performance reviews of the production team.,Manage inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of materials.,Work closely with the design and purchasing teams to ensure smooth production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in production supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with quality control and safety regulations.,Proficient in using production management software.,Ability to travel for business purposes as needed.
