📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage banquet operations, including event planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Manage a team of banquet staff and provide guidance and support.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Maintain and update banquet menus and pricing.
  • Monitor banquet sales and revenue, and develop strategies to increase sales.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries and concerns.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet management or a related field.
  • Proven track record in banquet operations and event planning.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of banquet menus, pricing, and cost control.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with banquet software and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
