📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the dental clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.,Coordinate with the dental team to ensure that all appointments are scheduled and managed effectively.,Manage the clinic's inventory, including ordering supplies and ensuring that the clinic is well-stocked.,Monitor and maintain the clinic's financial records, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and up-to-date.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.,Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss operational issues and improve efficiency.,Ensure that the clinic is in compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.,Work closely with the clinic's management team to achieve the clinic's operational and financial goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar operational management role.,Strong knowledge of dental clinic operations and procedures.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations is a plus.
