📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain procurement strategies to support business objectives.,Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible terms and prices.,Manage the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.,Monitor and analyze procurement activities to identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Prepare and analyze reports on procurement activities and trends.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the procurement department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including RFPs, RFQs, and contracts.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
