📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.),Create and curate engaging content for our audience,Monitor and analyze social media performance and engagement,Interact with our audience and respond to comments and messages,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices,Report on social media performance and provide insights to the management team,Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management,Proven track record of growing social media following and engagement,Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms,Excellent written and verbal communication skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social),Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) is a plus
