📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing daily menus.,Oversee kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Maintain high standards of food quality and safety.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.,Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to kitchen policies.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef or Deputy Chef in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of delivering high-quality dishes.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisines.,Possession of a relevant culinary certificate or degree is a plus.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
