📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth running of the store.
  • Manage and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support.
  • Drive sales performance and achieve targets through effective marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews.
  • Monitor and report branch performance to the Head Office.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
