📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Manage and train store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels to ensure optimal product availability.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive sales growth.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Assist in the planning and execution of store promotions and events.,Ensure that all store areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained.,Provide regular reports to the Store Manager on store performance and any issues that need to be addressed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the retail industry.,Proven track record of managing and training store staff.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
