📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily concrete batching plant operations, ensuring efficient production and quality control.
• Manage and supervise a team of skilled workers, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Monitor and maintain plant equipment, including concrete mixers, conveyors, and silos, to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Conduct regular quality checks and tests on concrete samples to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
• Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure timely delivery of concrete and address any issues or concerns.
• Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for new team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction or concrete batching industry.
• Strong knowledge of concrete mixing, production, and quality control processes.
• Proficient in using concrete batching plant software, such as CON-E-CO or similar.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of workers.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and standards, with the ability to enforce and ensure compliance.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
