In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documents that are clear, concise, and easy to understand. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing and a passion for helping others learn and understand complex information.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documents, including manuals, guides, and white papers,Work with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy,Collaborate with the marketing team to create marketing materials and promotional content,Edit and proofread documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and correctness,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Participate in training and development opportunities to improve skills and knowledge,Provide feedback and suggestions for improving existing documents and processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong writing and editing skills, with a focus on clarity and accuracy,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Confluence,Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong communication and interpersonal skills
