Gold Go Nusantara is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Store Admin to join our team in Maros. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that all administrative tasks are efficiently handled. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in store administration and a proven track record of success in a similar role.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, sales tracking, and customer service.,Ensure that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently, meeting established deadlines and quality standards.,Train and mentor junior staff members to ensure that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.,Monitor store performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all store transactions and operations.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to ensure that all store activities align with the overall business goals.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the store, ensuring that they are handled in a professional and timely manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a store administration or management role.,Strong knowledge of inventory management, sales tracking, and customer service best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with a diverse team.,Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office, and familiar with point-of-sale (POS) systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.,Fluency in Indonesian is required, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken form.
