PT Sejahtera Nusantara is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Security Guard to join our team in Palu. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and personnel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations and a commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect security breaches.
  • Conduct regular security checks and inspections of premises and equipment.
  • Respond to security incidents and emergencies, and coordinate with law enforcement as necessary.
  • Enforce security policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws.
  • Provide security training and education to employees and visitors.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed security logs and reports.
  • Work with other security personnel to ensure a safe and secure environment.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in security operations, with a strong background in security guard work.
  • Knowledge of security laws, regulations, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous activities.
  • Valid security guard license or certification.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
