This is a unique opportunity to work remotely from the vibrant and inspiring locations of Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. As a Content Writer, you'll be responsible for creating engaging and informative content that helps our customers navigate our products and services with ease.

Our help center is a critical resource for our customers, and we need a talented Content Writer to ensure that it is up-to-date, accurate, and user-friendly. You'll work closely with our subject matter experts and product teams to gather information, research topics, and develop content that meets our customers' needs.

This is a remote position, but you will be required to work from one of our designated Bali locations. You'll have the flexibility to work from home or from our office, depending on your preference. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and maintain high-quality, engaging content for our global business help center, including articles, FAQs, and guides.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and product teams to gather information and develop content that meets our customers' needs.
• Ensure that all content is accurate, up-to-date, and user-friendly, with a focus on clarity and readability.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines to improve visibility and drive traffic.
• Monitor and analyze user behavior and feedback to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate new insights into our content strategy.
• Work with our design and development teams to ensure that our content is integrated seamlessly into our digital products and services.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of our content strategy and roadmap.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in content writing, with a strong portfolio of published work.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with excellent grammar, spelling, and punctuation skills.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, or Joomla.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
